Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Programme Officer has also conceded before the Human Rights Commission that in case of vacancy, he will consider the case of the petitioner for posting to the nearest school. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for consideration of his case for posting in the nearest school considering his hardship. Decision in this regard should be taken by the respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of
