The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 379 of 2018, arising out of Taraiya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In this case, status report was called for from the court below vide order dated 22.01.2020.

It appears from the report dated 28.01.2020 that the court below has requested for grant of six months time to conclude the trial.

Considering the aforesaid, the petition for grant of bail is disposed of with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial latest by 30.08.2020, failing which the court below shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and
