The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown and except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the I/C Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014, S. Trial No. 1076 of 2014. m.p.
