JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 This writ application seems to be misconceived, inasmuch as, the petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of the demand notice dated 15.11.2018 issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the SARFESAI Act, 2002).

The writ application cannot be entertained. If the petitioner files his objection, if any, to the notice under Section 13 (2) of the SARFESAI Act, 2002 within a period of 15 days from today, the Authorized Officer shall look into the same and dispose it of in terms of Section 13 (3 A) of the SARFESAI Act,
