CORAM:
HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.08.2013 passed by licensing authority, by which his P.D.S. license has been cancelled.
This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Collector, Gaya. In case, if appeal is filed, the appellate authority would sympathetically condone the delay, as the petitioner was pursing his remedy before this Court. It is further expected that the appeal filed by the petitioner would be disposed of within a period of four months. This application stands disposed of.
