Petitioner seeks bail in a case under 399, 402, 120B IPC and section 25(1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, two live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 28.8.2014. Considering the facts that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months, he, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, V, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Sessions Trial No.437 of 2014/4973 of 2014 arising out of Bhabhua P.S.Case No.395 of 2014.
