2. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2015 in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Raja Kumar. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

4. Having regard to period of custody already suffered by the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.C. Pandey,
