2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 684 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide and now the parties have settled their disputes.

6. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner has been supported by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4408 of 2026(4) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 the informant.

7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the materials available on record, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 684 of 2025.

9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
