Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S.Case No.61 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, he is said to have assaulted by Khant on the head of the informant, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself shows that they are pattidar and there is land dispute, moreover injuries are simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.190 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Saran in connection with Jalalpur P.S.Case No.61 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
