JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

The informant was informed by his niece Puja Kumari that petitioner and co-accused Birendra Singh are assaulting the father-in-law of the informant with fists and slaps, as a result he succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that postmortem reflects no external injury and the viscera has been preserved.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
