The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 463 of 2019 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the instant first information report has been lodged by the private person(informant). Petitioner is a simple businessman and runs a road side Gumti. He is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
