Patna High Court MJC No.17 of 2023(4) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 passed in LPA No. 174 of 2018. For the reasons stated in application read with the fact that litigant should not suffer in view of the error committed by his counsel. Therefore, order dated 19.02.2020 passed in Civil Review No. 4 of 2019 stands recall while restoring Civil Review No. 4 of 2019 on the file.

2. Registry is hereby directed to list Civil Review No. 4 of 2019 before the concerned Roster Bench at the earliest. The present MJC No. 17 of 2023 is allowed with cost of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today.
