JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but subsequently, he was arrested in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2014 and on the same day, Biraul P.S. Case No. 357 of 2014 was registered against the petitioner and others. Thereafter, petitioner was remanded by the police in the present case. It is pointed out by him that petitioner is in jail custody since long but except the aforesaid materials, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15818 of 2015 (3) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, District-Darbhanga.
