====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 430 of 2020.

The allegation against the petitioner is that when the informant was sitting at shop, the petitioner came there and abused and slapped him. The further allegation is that the petitioner inflicted sword blow on his head.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12378 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioner's side has also lodged a counter case being Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 437 of 2020.

As mentioned above, specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted sword blow on the head of the informant and as per the injury report, the informant has sustained grievous injury on right parietal temporal region, caused by hard and blunt substance.

In view of the injury suffered by the informant, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
