Petitioner's prayer in pursuance of order impugned wherein, while disposing of the petition the State was directed to consider in terms of direction given under full Bench decision of this Court reported in 2000 (1) PLJR 287 which was subject to modification under Civil Appeal No.66266675/2001 after due consideration by a committee duly constituted in terms thereof was rejected, whereupon petitioner subsequently filed CWJC No.16964 of 2012 and the same was disposed of with certain observation in pursuance thereof, case of petitioner was re-considered by the opposite party and was approved vide memo no.26 dated 17.01.2013. In the aforesaid background any cause, if the petitioner so perceived will accrue in pursuance of order passed in CWJC No.16964 of 2012

Patna High Court MJC No.3349 of 2000 (7) dt.25-04-2016 which the petitioner may have but, so far present petition is concerned, it has become worthless and on account thereof, is dismissed.
