This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S.case No.377 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. Death is between two months of the marriage and there is allegation of demand of dowry also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the occurrence took place at her maternal house and the cause of death is hanging. As a matter of fact she was not satisfied with her marriage, as such she has committed suicide, however, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that prosecution witnesses have also supported the allegation of demand and she was tortured and

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
