The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No.589 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 332, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No specific overt act is alleged in the FIR rather the allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner and others. It is further submitted that similarly situated other coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.29615 of 2020, Cr. Misc. No.39971 of 2020 and Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14054 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 Misc. No.1565 of 2021.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the fact that other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.589 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
