JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 29-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the B.R. Ambedkar, Bihar University and learned counsel for the Partliputra University.
2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"(i) This Hon'ble High Court may be issued an appropriate writ/writs, orders and directions to the respondents authorities to make payment of dues arrears of Salary of Rs.
Patna High Court CWJC No.947 of 2024(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/3 22,79,689/- (Rupees Twenty Two Lakh Seventy Thousands Six Hundreds Eight Seven Rupees Only) out of Total Rs. 23,74,655 (Rupees Twenty Three Lakh Seventy Four Thousands Six Hundreds Fifty Five Rupees Only) from January, 2006 to July, 2011 with appropriate interest (as contained Annexure-P/11).
"(ii) This Hon'ble High Court may be issued an appropriate writ/writs, orders and directions to the respondents authorities to make payment of dues Group Insurance arrears of Rs. 21120/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousands One Hundred Twenty Only) from the years August, 1989 to July, 2011 with appropriate interest (as contained Annexure-P/11) (iii) The directions may also be issued to the respondents to make payment of an appropriate interest with regards to the entire arrears of salary as prayed in this writ petition. (iv) The directions may also be issued to the respondents to make payment of an appropriate interest with regards to the entire arrears of salary as payed in this writ petition. (v) Any others reliefs may be allowed, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already file a representation before the respondent no. 5 (The Registrar, B.R. Ambedkar, Bihar University, Muzaffarpur), which has not been disposed of till date.
4. The petitioner is directed to file afresh representation before the respondent no. 5 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.
5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 5 shall be

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
