JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that one co-accused person was apprehended while snatching the motorcycle and he has disclosed the name of the petitioners.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that except confessional statement, there is absolutely nothing against him. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5103 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by order of this Court, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
