JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been remanded in the present case being Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 758 of 2013 on the basis of a confessional statement alleged to have been made before the police in Banka P.S. Case No. 397 of 2013. He submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner's possession nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade despite the fact that he is on remand in present case since 16.9.2014.

In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above
