The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the further statement of the injured informant, that too, after many months of the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Begusarai in S. Tr. No. 30/2015, arising out of Cheriabariarpur P.S. Case No. 142/2013.
