Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363,365, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the informant's daughter and wife, with the intention to marry him. The victims are yet to be recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
