JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case the informant's motor cycle was stolen on 09.09.2014 and on 15.09.2014 the informant lodged first information report against the petitioner on the basis of C.C.T.V footage but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of investigation, the concerned C.C.T.V footage was not seized by the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
