====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24031 of 2023 with direction to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of said order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of the aforesaid order, the trial has not been concluded and case is still pending for prosecution witness. Trial Court report reveals that till date only five out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2020. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
5. Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Patna in connection with Session Trial No. 20 of 2022 arising out of Jakkanpur P. S. Case No. 316 of 2020.
