For issuance of a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Chaukidar & above on which his father died during service on 24.09.2020 who was working on the post of chaukidar in charki police station under Gaya District and prior to death of his father his mother also died living behind three sons in which petitioner is the eldest son discharging all the responsibility of the family being the senior most member of the family for which other two brother have also issued the no objection in favour of the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner has already filed an application for grant of compassionate employment before the District Magistrate, Gaya, on 29.9.2023, in continuation to the earlier applications, however, the same is not being considered and no final decision has been taken till date. 3.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Gaya, to consider the aforesaid application, filed by the petitioner and take a final decision thereon, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order. 4.
