2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, lodged on 02.06.2020, under Sections 109, 147, 148, 149, 332, 337, 353, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 297, 427, 186, 188, 269, 270, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against unknown accused persons with specific allegation that they created a nuisance and obstructed the police in the discharge of their official duties.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Counsel further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6096 of 2025(2) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 submits that there is no any specific allegation against the present petitioners. Counsel further submits that series of persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41105 of 2023 as well as by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85931 of 2023. Counsel also submits that the criminal antecedents of the petitioners are clean as stated in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
