Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.06.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta was recovered from his conscious possession.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23760 of 2016 (3) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015.
