The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 565 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that fraud in a big way has committed in connivance with the Bank.

Having regard to the nature of fraud tactics, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Court cannot ruled out the possibility of involvement of the bank officials in the instant transaction. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) mdrashid/- U T
