The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 489 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 188, 353, 341, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that no one has injured in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12120 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge-XIII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 489 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
