2. The instant writ application is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for compassionate appointment on the ground that his mother died in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7377 of 2017 dt.15-12-2017 2/2 harness on 20th August, 2014, while working as Reader and Head of the Department of Music at Mahant Darshan Das Mahila College, Muzzafarpur.

3. Since the matter relates to compassionate appointment, the respondents are required to take a decision at the earliest.

4. This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3, the Registrar, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to expedite the disposal of the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. The respondents-authorities of the University are directed to take a final decision in the matter of compassionate appointment of the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ application stands disposed of.
