The petitioner seeks bail in S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x), 3(i)(xi) and 3(i)(vi) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are named in the FIR and it is alleged that the petitioner firstly abused the informant and her son. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Lathi. Bhirantu Singh is alleged to have assaulted Chandan Kumar with Khanti on his head. The petitioner and other accused persons also alleged to have assaulted the daughter-in-law of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10007 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 It appears that there is counter version. On account of assault made by the petitioner the informant did not receive any injury. Chandan Kumar also got one lacerated wound. The petitioner is in jail since 16.01.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014.
