Petitioner apprehends is arrest in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 registered under Sections 414, 467 and 468 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that on perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that petitioner was only present there when the informant bought the motorcycle from Santosh Yadav. Petitioner has no role to commit forgery. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4420 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 673 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
