BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 17-01-2025 An Interlocutory Application for modification of the order dated 06.12.2024 has been filed on behalf of Respondent no.3 (The Inspector General of Police, Mr. Kshatranil Singh, Magadh Range, Gaya). Perusal of the same, it is only rectification of the designation of the Police Officer. In paragraphs-4 and 5, inadvertently, Disciplinary Authority-the Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya, has been mentioned and it has to be Superintendent of Police, Nawada.

2. In the light of the earlier order, second supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.5 along with Annexrues-A to D. Perusal of the same, it is evident that orders of this Court has been complied by the concerned respondent. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail any action of the respondents and in accordance with law.
