JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be full brother of the informant and there is allegation against him that he attempted to commit rape on informant's wife. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that this false case has been brought by the informant on account of partition dispute and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 19.06.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
