The report of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum- Excl. Special Judge POCSO Act, Munger dt. 21.07. 2023 suggests that trial shall be concluded within a period of four months.

In that view of the matter, after some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
