The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S.Case No.106 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant named 7 persons including the petitioner and alleged that on the order of Ajay Yadav, all the accused persons fired at him which hit his abdomen.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute. The informant has made allegation against all and except the informant, no witness has come forward to support the prosecution case. It is further submitted that the informant got injuries by the firing made by the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 10.11.2014 Considering the facts that the informant has made specific allegation that the petitioner fired, which hit in his abdomen and also that the doctor found fire-arm injuries in the abdomen, which were found grievous, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
