JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-07-2018 Seeking a direction to the respondents for not raising the height of the road, which is to be constructed in the village Senduari under Hajipur Block in the district of Vaishali under a Yojana being No.3/2017-18, this writ petition has been filed and it is pointed out that if the height of the road is not reduced it would create nuisance to the public at large. Placing reliance on certain orders of this Court in CWJC No.4839 of 2010 (Deepak Mukherjee Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), it is argued that identical directions be issued in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8241 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the respondents authorities may look into the grievance of the petitioner and after taking note of the order passed in the case of Deepak Mukherjee (supra), proceed to decide the issue in accordance with law.
