In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Police, on information, raided a house, from there huge quantity of illegal liquor has been recovered and the person, who has been apprehended, taken the name of eight persons including the name of the present petitioner. The petitioner has criminal antecedent having 10 cases standing in his name.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3170 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 Police is now illegally implicating the petitioner in all cases even he is in jail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
