JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, It came to light that looted mobile sets were being used by wife of the petitioner and one Hasnain Ahmad. Except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 148 of 2011.
