2. Regarding appellant nos. 1 and 2, it has been reported by Office that notice returned with the process server report to the effect that they have died. It is further reported that respondent nos. 1, 2(a), 3 and 4 have also died. As far as respondent nos. 5 and 6 are concerned, their notices have been returned with the server report that "not met".

3. After direct notice being sent to the appellant, none has appeared till today. This is an appeal of the year 1980, neither appellant nor respondent are traceable. This Court is left with no option than to dismiss this appeal.
