The petitioners seek bail in Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner Greese Prasad

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6345 of 2015 (4) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 one pistol made of U.S.A. without any cartridge was recovered and from possession of petitioner Nand Kishore Sharma one country made loaded pistol was recovered. From the house of the petitioner Nand Kishore Sharma different materials meant for preparing arms were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail since 12.10.2014. It has further been submitted that Nand Kishore Sharma is a grill builder. No article was recovered to show that the petitioners were preparing any arms and ammunitions.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners have already remained in jail for about seven months, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Munger in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014.
