Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner was in physical relation with a minor girl pretending that petitioner would marry with her. After one year of relationship the victim became pregnant and is mother of a girl child.

Submission is that the victim was a consenting party and the petitioner is still ready to marry with her. Considering the nature of allegation of rape against a minor girl, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with POCSO Case No.35 of 2020, arising out of Bihra P.S. Case No.182 of 2020. Hence, prayer for bail is
