The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, Sunir Choudhary @ Chhotu and two other persons were arrested while they were going on a motorcycle. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Angad Kumar @ Abhimanyu Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Mis. No. 9179/2015. The petitioner has got criminal antecedents. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Angad Kumar @ Abhimanyu Kumar. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11772 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 716/2014, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found involved in any other case, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds.
