2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 25.11.2020 passed in B.P. No. 637 of 2020, arising out of Parasi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020 by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Jehanabad.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
