No. 1472 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Rituraj Saraubh & Anr.), reported in 2019 (1) PLJR 444.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to give similar benefits as has been given to the respondents of the aforesaid L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2015, by passing necessary orders within a period of eight weeks from today.
