The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a), 36, 45 and 56 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner was found selling liquor and when he was apprehended by the police, his family members and others attacked upon police party and taking advantage of the same, he managed to flee away, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3211 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
