1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in Mandamus for directing the respondents to increase the payment of the petitioner, who are working on Contract basis in class III post in Horticulture Department Siwan since November 2013.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in Mandamus for directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioners, who are working on contract basis in class III post in Horticulture Department of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
