2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 40 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is the owner of the alleged vehicle from which, huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
