The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No 274/2014 registered for the offence under Section 272, 273, 284 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

200 litres of sprit was recovered from the orchard of the Bhajan Sahni and from the orchard of the petitioner 150 litres of sprit, 5 kg of Nausadar and 3 kg of Urea were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 05.01.2015. He was not apprehended on the spot.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
