The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case no.39 of 2019 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that earlier application for bail was rejected vide order dated 17.3.2020 (Annexure-1). It is submitted that the narration in the F.I.R. is suspicious. The petitioner is in custody since 4.11.2019 and there is no chance of the trial concluding in near future.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

As per the report received from the learned court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12375 of 2021(3) dt.03-08-2021 2/2 below, the case is pending for examination of prosecution witnesses.

Taking into consideration the contents of the F.I.R. wherein the petitioner was identified while committing dacoity and the stage of the case in the learned court below, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
